Good evening Peeps,

 

Have had a bit of an issue this end so am unable to make the Saturday this year. Could you remove myself and Go Portugal from Sat?

I'm afraid at the moment it will just be the TJ. Unless circumstances change.

Thank you all we are registering your vehicles now!

 

Please note from Brands Hatch : Vehicles accepted into the club/individual display will receive ONE complimentary vehicle pass which also includes admission for the driver (only).

We are also looking for volunteers who would like to take part in some live demonstrations over the weekend period. Please contact us if you are interested in driving your Jeep with passengers around a small off road area near the bottom of paddock hill bend this is to help raise money for charity which will be Kent Air Ambulance  .

 

Show your Jeep in action? Take part in the Live demonstrations lets raise some money for charity !

 

There will be a fuel cost contribution from Brands Hatch, drivers will get extra complimentary tickets.*

Arrival times, leaving times & vehicle movement

Access for display vehicles will be between 07:00 and 08:55. To ensure you gain access to your vehicle display area you must arrive between these times in order to be positioned before the public are on site. Arrival outside these times may mean you are directed to the public car park.

Given the high level of visitors to this event, there is to be no display vehicle movement on the infield other than at time of entry or exit. We request display vehicles remain in position until the end of the event, however, if you do require to move your vehicle, please note all vehicle movement, especially at exit, MUST be accompanied by a Brands Hatch marshal.

Vehicles

Registered vehicles must be suitable for the event theme (e.g. American vehicles only for SpeedFest).

Vehicles will be accepted/rejected at the discretion of MSV.

You must arrive in your registered vehicle – arriving in an unregistered vehicle will result in you being refused entry and directed to the public car park.

If you plan to arrive with your display vehicle on a trailer, you must confirm in advance with the event team by emailing: americanspeedfest@msv.com

Tickets

You will receive ONE complimentary vehicle pass which also includes admission for the driver (only). You must purchase tickets for any additional passengers prior to entry. (Children 12 and under are free.)

E-tickets include a parking code; these must be displayed in your front windscreen as you enter the venue – marshals will direct you to the correct location using the code.

Tickets are vehicle specific and you cannot transfer between vehicles.

General

You will be liable for the repair cost of any damage to MSV property or equipment that arises as a direct result of you or passenger’s negligence.

No dogs/pets (other than guide dogs) are permitted on site, any visitors found with an animal will be escorted from the venue.

Parking locations for all vehicles are at the discretion of MSV.

If an individual is applying for a club or multiple cars, it is deemed they agree to these essential rules on each vehicle owner’s behalf.

Clubs or display vehicles must not extend beyond the boundaries of their stand space.

All gazebos erected must be suitably secured on soft or hard ground. A risk assessment must be completed and submitted to MSV prior the event.

Use of unmanned aerial vehicles or drones by visitors for film and photography purposes is strictly prohibited.

 

When and how are the registered Vehicle Access Tickets coming out to us Stewart? Been trying to remember how they came last year :icon_rolleyes:

Official registration has Closed but we are able to add a few more vehicles if there are any last minute sign ups.

FYI this looks like it`s going to be well attended. We could use a few more rigs to do the 4x4 rides if anyone can help either or both days, it is for a very good cause.

A week to go so I hope its not going to be lastminute.com as I'll be away from a printer at the end of the week and then onto Brands.

Should be by email.

I am still waiting form mine so please bear with us as they are being sent directly from the event organisers and not from us.

We are chasing them up.

 

No problem at all. It was more to keep checking spam box etc

Is the stand in a different place than last year? Also if are the demo guys on a diffeeent place or can we park on the stand and go there form the demos as and when?
