Platinum Member Vuck Roger Posted June 20, 2016 Platinum Member Share Posted June 20, 2016 Good looking! What underbody armour kit was that? Patrick, he stated is from Rival. I wonder if that is aluminium and what are the specs: weight, thickness, etc..
Platinum Member Nobodycares Posted June 20, 2016 Author Platinum Member Share Posted June 20, 2016 I'll get the specs on the 'Rival' underbody protection and share the info. Here's a few more pics of today's progress at PB Customs.
Platinum Member Volant165 Posted June 20, 2016 Platinum Member Share Posted June 20, 2016 Wow, you are doing it up right! After our expedition a few weeks ago to the Pyrenees, the AEV fuel caddy was a priceless level of security to have rolling from tip to tip through France. Stewart had it. Wish I had one. Platinum Member Nobodycares Posted June 20, 2016 Author Platinum Member Share Posted June 20, 2016 Patrick, he stated is from Rival. I wonder if that is aluminium and what are the specs: weight, thickness, etc.. Thickness is 6mm, but 4mm is also available. Made from high grade aluminium, which is subsequently powder coated. It is very strong. Total weight is around 60kg. Made is Russia I believe. Hope that helps. I'm sure Paul at PB can supply more info. (He supplied me with that info tbh)

They will be covered by some black abs plastic covers.
