carls925 Posted February 10, 2023 Share Posted February 10, 2023 (edited) Volo Performance VP15 power programmer I bought this from the states, it was developed for a hydrogen kit to be fitted on cherokee or any vehicle with OBD-11 ecu to reprogram ecu to use hydrogen cell if fitted. plugs into to lap top usb, set it up to your car/jeep simple yes no answers fast flow exhaust fitted yes / no K & N air fillter, Hydrogen cell fitted YES NO ...etc etc, then asks if you want Performance , Economy . Them plug into OBD port on Jeep and it rewrites flashes the ECU best to look at there web site if interested. Volochip.com it easy to use and all on there. its the only one Ive ever seen of being able to make any adjustment to OBD-11 set up on Chrysler written ecu.
