carls925 Posted October 28, 2022 Share Posted October 28, 2022 (edited) Hi all, selling my cherokee xj 4.0l lpg she,s looking sweet at the moment, running well. spent a small fourtune on her as we do. recently had new back lights, rad, battery, alternator, starter, rebuilt front axle, new bearings reshimmed, new knuckles, calipers, loads of sensors replaced, got stag 250 bhp lpg with 100ltre tank set up with injectors into petrol injectors, 4 hole injectors petrol side. mopar inlet and bored out throttle body. side vent exhaust valve fitted with remote control. 33 inch tyres, wheels have 2inch off set no spacers.2.5 rough country lift kit, some poly bushes, new rear springs 3 years ago rebuilt rear axle wheel bearing brakes pipes. she not mint paint is crackeled in places, see video, the wheel arches have been cut and trimmed for larger tyres, floor is solid, arches were rusting but alot was cut away, nothing structural. front bumper has been blown over and caps modified, rear bumper is a front bumper from mk1, as i had a good one, because of cutting rear arches bigger, the rear bumper end caps no longer fitted, and as i wanted the oringinal arches back on I have had to modify everything to fit, arches are vhb tape and self tapers. looks good sounds great. she has 2.5 sport seats 1/4 of weight of electric seats air cons gone, abs has been removed was a pain in ass. cruise control gone, she is pretty economical for a jeep, lpg will do about 250 miles to full tank lpg, about 65 70 ltres, never get 100ltres in becuse of ullage. on petrol while cruising, she can average 23 to 25 mpg about 18mpg normal driving.
