KORC weekend 1st & 2nd September - for Macmillan Cancer

We are organising a P&P weekend in order to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support the weekend of 1st and 2nd September 2018.

 

It will be held at KORC (Kirton Offroad Centre).

 

This site is suitable for all 4x4 vehicles (4x4's, 6x6's - sorry but NO motorbikes, or quads allowed).

 

There is something for everybody. For people that have not been, it is a huge site with lots to do – but for most there is no need for an introduction.

 

Though lots of areas are suitable for shinys, with little climbs & descents – there are more taxing places to go – for people that are not that concerned about the shinyness of their motors and have winches.

 

Camping will be available from Friday night. Caravans are also easy to get in and there are no major restrictions.

 

Offroading is available:

Saturday 9am to 4pm

Sunday 9am to 4pm

Camping and entry will open from 5pm Friday

 

The cost per vehicle is:

£30 for the day.

£50 for the weekend, including camping/caravan.

£10 for spectators camping for weekend or 1 night

Pay on arrival.

Just a week to go, we are hoping that we have everything sorted now.

Still need to print and stuff the welcome envelopes and few other bits.

Looks like it will be another big event, we have a burger / chip van this year, and good coffee and donuts on Saturday.

Hopefully see some of you there and you will join in the games.
