Platinum Member 4x4tony Posted November 15, 2015 Platinum Member Share Posted November 15, 2015 Problem I have is that when locking and arming the car with the fob sometimes the interior lights will cycle on and of every 30 seconds. The alarm seems to be working with the red light flashing every 4 seconds or so after settling down. So I now have switch them of on the stalk. Sometimes alarm will not arm properly unless I open and close drivers door, could the fault with the lock? Any ideas would be appreciated . Platinum Member darrenh Posted November 15, 2015 Platinum Member Share Posted November 15, 2015 I had an issue with my interior lights doing weird things and it was a snapped wire in the door loom, they are in the gaiter between the door and "A" pillar, it's a common fault. Just need a small piece of wire soldering in to extend the existing wire to prevent it from snapping again.
