Guest grey thunder
It's difficult to get a price for any special prepared vehicle it's really worth what you can get ..the rule of thumb is things like bumpers, winches ,roofrack, ect price on those would be a third of there original price .+ or - a bit for condition, sorry I can't help any more. Platinum Member Rolf Posted November 1, 2015 Platinum Member Share Posted November 1, 2015 I could be a mile out but here are my thoughts. The fact that it is LHD balances out the Rubicon spec so say £10.5k for that age. Most of the extras will just attract people's attention, generally I think that Bob is right so your extras may attract an additional £2k. That said I would probably ask £15k and see what interest I got. Just my opinion, could be worth a lot more to others but a dare say that being LHD will put most people off. Rolf. Trade Member Buzz Posted November 2, 2015 Trade Member Share Posted November 2, 2015 Personally i feel you may benefit from splitting and selling the parts, if you are in a position to do that. Just my opinion. Alex
Platinum Member Mike Posted November 2, 2015 Platinum Member Share Posted November 2, 2015 My LHD XJ sold for double what it would have done as a RHD. There's a big market in Europe for nice modded Jeeps. I see it at £15K if it's nice and shiny.
Platinum Member Christian Posted November 3, 2015 Platinum Member Share Posted November 3, 2015 If you where thinking of selling bits seperately, id certianly after a few of the parts.
Platinum Member Vuck Roger Posted November 4, 2015 Author Platinum Member Share Posted November 4, 2015 Thank you all for your insights. I am not planning on selling at this point, but that might change. If that happens I will announce it here firstly, but my preference would be to sell all together. Cheers all
