Exciting news! Are you ready for this?

 

The Jeep Owners Club is teaming up with Snows Portsmouth to run a "Jeep with Jim’ series Jeepers Creepers Event at the popular Slindon Safari 4x4 site.

 

This will be a family fun Halloween spooktacular loaded with oodles of activities including a pumpkin light Jeep trail & 'jeeping trick n treating.'

 

Early bird ticket price available until Sept 30th 2023!

 

Event Details

Date: Sunday 29th Oct 2023

Location: Slindon Safari 4×4 Driving Centre, Shellbridge Road, Arundel BN18 ONB

Arrival & check in: 9:30am

Driver Briefing: 10:00am

Event finish / Site closes: 4:00pm

 

Tickets

Advance ticket sales only.

Your ticket is for 1 vehicle for the event & includes:

• Light lunch for all members of the vehicle (further details confirmed soon)
•  Jeep with Jim Jeepers Creepers series decal
•  Enjoyment of the off-road site & JOC Jeepers Creepers Event activities 

 

Please visit the club shop to order your ticket & secure your spot

You must be a member of the club (easy to join) to purchase.

Tickets are allocated on a first come first serve basis & sales will close 3 days prior to the event.

 

Pricing

Early bird: £40 per vehicle if purchased on/before 30th Sept

Regular: £45 per vehicle if purchased on/after 1st Oct 

100% of ticket sales will go to the "Jeep with Jim" fundraising campaign for multiple myeloma

Please note the site hire costs have increased at Slindon hence the change in the regular ticket price. 

 

Vehicle requirements

Road legal Jeeps only please!

If you bring a Jeep on a trailer please bring proof of insurance and an MOT certificate if required for the Jeep. It will be at the discretion of the Jeep Owners Club whether to allow Jeeps arriving on trailers to be used at events.

 

Vehicle recommendations

Mud or all terrain tires

 

Please be aware

It is the responsibility of the driver of the vehicle to decide if their Jeep is. capable of dealing with the water, mud etc. The JOC team will do our best to ensure nobody gets stuck, but we can only do so much.

 

Facilities

Tea, coffee & snacks available for purchase.

An American style lunch is included in your ticket

There is a chemical Portaloo on site. I am assured it will be clean. If not, please inform one of the JOC team immediately

 

Pets

Pets allowed to be brought if you would like. If you let them out of the vehicle they must be on a lead. / restrained at all times. Any mess they leave must be cleared up and removed from the site for disposal. NO EXCEPTIONS. These are requests from the site owners. Failure to adhere to this polite request will result in you being ejected from the site immediately.

Important Information

LPG vehicles are permitted to use the site. Any tanks that are mounted externally must be protected from being damaged and potential leakage. Failure to comply will result in the vehicle not being able to go off roading at the site. Any internally mounted tank must be always secure. This is a condition of LPG vehicles using the site by the owners
