VIP Member Raakhee Posted June 26 VIP Member Share Posted June 26 Arranged for the same B&B again. Sorry, not a camper but I'm just down the road. Actually last year there was an accident that cut me off and the detour was a 45 min off road adventure in the dark, down and up a narrow winding road with a white van insisting on driving in my back seat

Bit too far in advance for that now, but thought I would mention just to get it in this thread.

Fireman Iain
Sounds like a cracking weekend, and this year I can fit it around my shifts. So I'll be there. Seeing as I'm coming to a couple of events this year I reckon it's time I upgrade my membership and start chipping in to the costs. But I'm a bit dim with tech, so it's, umm, delayed. Quick question. Do people camp the Friday night before the event, cos I could do that, or I could just have an earlyish start from home near Sheffield on the Saturday morning.
VIP Member digger Posted July 6 VIP Member Share Posted July 6 (edited) Hi Iain, yes, it certainly is a cracking week end! One books the campsite direct and as many nights as you fancy. Make it it into a little hol if you like , I do, having booked 6 nights this year! There are possibly more events either or one side of the week end as well such as green lanes, or other things depending what you fancy! Its a lovely area with lots of variety one can do.
