Free servicing, but no sign of it anywhere

Hi everyone,

Sorry, wasn't quite sure which category to post this in!

I recently bought a new Wrangler and part of the deal included three years of free servicing.

When I collected the car I asked the dealer for the details of the servicing.  They said that when the car was registered with Jeep UK that Jeep would then send me the information out.

Four weeks have passed now, no sign of any servicing info.

I contacted Jeep (via the "contact us" form on their web site) and got a reply saying they don't have this info and I need to contact the dealer.  I went back to the dealer who told me to contact Jeep... I'm going round in circles here 🤯

Does anyone know who / how / where / etc I can find or get any information about my free servicing deal?

Or just it just turn up in the post a few months later and I've nothing to worry about? 🤷‍♂️

Jim @Volant165 just wanted to post a quick "thank you" and an update.

Since my post here I had phone call the next day from Jeep (in Italy, I think? 🤔) , and another two phone calls and an email last week with updates.

Today, the full details of my Mopar service agreement arrived via email 🙇‍♂️

Thank you 😀

Excellent! We have a good relationship with Jeep HQ and they support the club very well.

Happy to help👍
