"We are pleased to announce that we have reserved a club day at CarNatter, "the car club for car clubs" to have our first event of the year on Saturday 5th of June. We will ease into this year's events with the chance for members old and new to catch up on what you have done to your rigs over lockdown, or show off what your new rig is. Also, to catch up on the JOC coming events. There is no ticket/admission fee for this event. Tea and coffee can be purchased from the venue. The fact that the JOC are one of the first clubs in to host a club meet speaks volumes. CarNatter is new but will become hugely popular in the growing trend of cars and coffee, race cafes etc. Conveniently located just one mile off of J16 of the M1 makes it easily accessible from many directions Address: Unit 14 The Depot. Weedon Bec, Northamptonshire NN7 4PS Joining instructions, use the main gate and then there will be tarmac and jeep non tarmac parking. Everyones hard work paid off big time. It's hard to see from the photos but were the Jeeps socially distanced as none were wearing masks on their grills? I saw quite a few old friends and really good to meet new ones too with some splendid Jeeps. Shame no other Yjs came but they are rare now. Hosts were lovely and Baz was an interesting guy to talk to about cars and bikes. Finally of course it was the sound of that screaming blower that capped it all! Karlos Posted June 6, 2021 Share Posted June 6, 2021 Had a great morning out, got some good ideas for future mods and advice on helping me improve the current performance and handling. Loved to see so many Jeeps and talk to Jeep owners. Don’t get the chance often and I think my friends are getting fed up off me talking about it all the time. CarNatter was good place to gather, hopefully we can make this a regular meeting place.
