AM session from 10am to 12 noon 18 spaces allocated for JOC Team and members PM session from 1pm to 3pm 18 spaces allocated for JOC Team and members Four wheel drive recommended at a minimum Two tracks, one for experienced off roaders and lifted rigs One track for first timers and standard Jeeps Refreshments are available a short walk from the venue How do I sign up? Respond to this thread with a fresh post that you want a space adhering to the timings listed here VIP members will be given first chance to sign up until 6pm Thursday 22 April Gold level members will be able to sign up from 6pm Thursday 22 April All levels of membership can sign up from 6pm Friday 23 April Joining Instructions will be sent to you specifically much closer to the event as this is a private track, for now plan on driving to the Kidderminster area. Without being too cheeky would it be possible to find out which weekend of June you have in mind please? Only asking as I work on shifts so if it's happening a weekend when I am rostered to work I would try to book it off ASAP. Thanks Jim, I am off on Saturday 12th but on Day shift on Sunday 13th and unfortunately I can't book that one off. I appreciate how difficult it must be to organise events right now, but where is it? Its really difficult to book accom etc in these troubled times, for those of us who may need it. The price rises are bad enough but availability is very limited. Hi Digger, we are guests at this event. It will be hosted by Unity Automotive. Two layers of permissions being sought and confirmed as this is a private track.
