Jules
MSV American Speedfest 2021 is open for bookings. The Jeep Owners Club are pleased to announce that we are once again attending the American Speedfest at Brands hatch with a display stand. If you would like to be apart of our club display please visit; https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=msv+american+speedfest+2021&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en-gb&client=safari and book your place. If you booked a place for the 2020 event and did not request a refund from MSV then you will automatically be allocated the same at no extra charge I believe. Display vehicles for the event will benefit from a 50% reduction on entry fee which includes the driver. One passenger will also qualify for a 50% reduction on admission fee. All others must be in possession of a valid entry ticket. ***There are limited spaces available on our stand*** All applications to display your Jeep and any payments are to be made via the MSV website. LET US KNOW ONCE YOU HAVE BOOKED A DISPLAY VEHICLE SPACE FOR THIS YEARS EVENT OR THAT YOU ARE CARRYING OVER YOUR SPACE FROM LAST YEAR. Once your application has been accepted a reply will be forwarded to you from MSV by email. It is at this point you will be able to pay for your display admission ticket etc. E tickets will be forwarded by email to you from MSV for printing. YOU MUST BRING A PRINTED COPY WITH YOU. NO OTHER MEANS OF PROOF OF PURCHASE IS ACCEPTED BY MSV AT THE POINT OF ENTRY TO THE EVENT. Please read the MSV “ Help & FAQs” section if needed. The Jeep Owners Club are unable to book any display vehicle tickets, general admission tickets, optional extras or camping. You must book all you requirements via MSV for this event. For those who would like to camp the club normally have a group camping within the “quiet” area.....somewhere! We hope that you will join us for the event. Our stand is in a prime location to show your Jeep, within easy access for the weekends track action and all the attractions at the circuit. Platinum Member spookie the aardvark Posted March 6, 2021 Platinum Member Share Posted March 6, 2021 Just a couple of questions Is anyone camping for the weekend? If so will it be the General or Quiet area? To register for tickets do we do it as individual owners or is the club already registered? Cheers from the 1st time idiot
Platinum Member spookie the aardvark Posted March 6, 2021 Platinum Member Share Posted March 6, 2021 If things have gone to plane on the SpeedFest booking site, then I am registered and waiting for the application to be reviewed. I have put down for the weekend.
Jules
Hi Spookie, Jim is correct. You need to book everything yourself via MSV website.....which hopefully you have done correctly! In the past the members have had a group gathering in the “quiet” area for camping. I will make an addition to include camping within the first post so members will know! Let me know what days for display and camping you are doing. Jules
