I had a slight issue with a dealer service dept local to me, so I contacted customer services, to be honest thinking I wouldn't get much joy. My complaint was handled by Claire,she has been brilliant, kept updating me even if not much had happened. She phoned last week to see if I had been contacted by the dealer to organise a refund, they hadn't contacted me, she said leave it with her, magically I was then emailed by the dealer quite soon after.
