Hi Jim, I have a bit of a dilemma I would love to attend but 2 weeks ago my steering gear was leaking badly so I sent it to a company from Birmingham specialised in re-manufacturing Steering Gear . It's only today that I received an email telling me they can't do the rebuilt because the shaft is cracked. I asked to speak to their engineer about this as the shaft was not cracked when I sent it to them but I am still waiting to speak to someone. Anyway I ordered a new one from the States this afternoon but the delivery is between the 31st July and 09th August. So here is my question: If I pay now for the event and BBQ but I don't receive my steering box before the event starts, will I be entitled to a refund? I had a recon steering box from a specialist in Bristol a couple of years ago. They seem to have done a good job,its still fine and gave excellent service. We are working with the campsite to see about any additional space but for now (aside from several new pending bookings that I have) the four day tix, and camping tix are sold out. When you check in at the campsite here is a list of the supplements if you have more than two adults, one Jeep and one tent.
