Platinum Member V Posted September 25, 2018 Platinum Member Share Posted September 25, 2018 (edited) I believe that this matter in itself is sufficient evidence for prosecuting the council officers for dereliction of duty under English Tort Law. I think GLASS should consider holding the negligent council officers to account by proceeding with a prosecution. By the condition of the overgrowth I would consider including all budget holding decision making officers in DCC over the last 20 years and not just the current officers.
