As we have for the past two years, with Saturday evening's  big events we are layin' on the ales!  No need for three quid matey. Local microbrewery will be on tap. Just remember, we raised 1000 pounds at the BBQ for North Wales Mountain Rescue last year so drop by the donation bucket all contributions are greatly appreciated by the NWMRA volunteers.

Our choice of ale stands up to the terrain we  have on offer at our Summer Camp!

Pretty confused on the booking for this..

 

I would like to come Friday Night, Sat and Leave Sunday, take part in the Green Lanes and the BBQ... Which tickets do I actually need to buy?

Hi Lee, you probably already figured this one out but if you want to do the green lanes you have to buy a 4 day ticket (£175) even though you are arriving Friday night, but you will still get camping Friday and Sat plus access to the 4x4 site on Saturday plus the lanes trip on Sunday. Add an optional £10 for the BBQ on Saturday. 

Alternatively you can buy a one day pass for the 4x4 site (Saturday) - £50 plus Friday camping -£30 plus Saturday camping  - £40 plus BBQ £10 = £130.00 but you don’t get to go on the lanes trip Sunday. Hope this helps.

Hi Mike sorry we have been away at Camp Jeep Austria and got back last night! 

 

There is one T-shirt included per group along with some other goodies ! There will be T-shirts available for sale also but limited numbers.

SUMMER CAMP ITINERARY

 

Thursday 

• Summer Camp check in located at the Campground as from 9:30

• 11:30 Assemble at Campground for Green Lane groups (Must register for Green Lanes at check in)

• Green Lanes look to finish by 17:30 then head back to Campground 

Friday 

• Arrival at Bala Off Road site 9:00 for Off Road site and if Friday night is your initial night

• 9:45 driver briefing 

• 10:00 Trails open and Jeep Demonstrator drives begin

• 12:00 Lunch break 1 hour 

• 13:00 Trails reopen 

• 16:00 Site Closes

• 19:00 Social gathering in JOC Marque, music & Real ale on tap

• Campground meals on your own (or Eagle Pub, or Bala etc.)

Saturday 

• Arrival at Bala Off Road site 9:00 am for Off Road site and if Saturday night is your initial night

• 9:45 driver briefing 

• 10:00 Trails open, Winch Training / Recovery demonstrations 

• 10:00 Jeep Demonstrator drives

• 12:00 Lunch break 1 hour

• 13:00 Trails reopen 

• 16:00 Site Closes

• Back to base Meat Feast BBQ starts at 18:00

• Charity Auction 19:00

• Live Music 20:00 

Sunday 

• Check out of Campground by 11:30 for Sunday departures

Hi Stewart, a silly question but we’ve paid for the 4 days, does that include camping overnight on the Sunday or do we need to book an extra night with the campsite direct.... Thanks, Richard and Heather
