The last Eurocamp Jeep was in northern Germany. We took the ferry to Esbjerg (Denmark) then drove across. It's a really nice drive.

Unfortunately that's too short notice for me. To go that far I would need the Friday and the Monday for the return journey and I can only get the Saturday and Sunday off work.

I'm already over there on holiday. Not in a jeep though.

Short notice really. Would have been good to know last year really so we could all plan

Looked at the ferry from Harwich to the Horn  Approx £250 give or take depending on days going. About a 7.5Hr boat trip and then a 6-7hr drive down to the camp.

Also that needs the drive from you base to Harwich..

Whichever way it needs a comfortable seat and big fuel tanks... As said maybe i take the diesel grand

Ok thanks Doodle. Looking more like the traditional route both ways works best....

Calais to Berlin is about 9 to 10 hours last time I went that route into Germany.

Plus your journey time to the Eurotunnel or Dover docks of course.
