Hi all

New to the club and looking to buy a Cherokee 3.7 Auto.  Migrating from Land Rover, (is that a swear word on here?) but fancy replacing it with a Cherokee.  Is there anything major I should be looking out for other than wear and tear issues.

Thanks for any information.

From what I can see they seem pretty reliable.  I'm guessing that the petrol engines ones are cheaper because they seem a bit of a gas guzzler compared to the diesels?

I had a 3.7 and loved it only had a couple of minor niggles the time I had it but nothing more than wear and tear .. mpg was poor but I chalked it up to SMILES per Gallon it was a laugh to drive

Well the 3.7 I looked at was actually quite bad.  Power folds didn't work, the HRW was broken and it appeared the previous allowed their dogs a little too much freedom in the back. :icon_e_surprised: :icon_e_surprised:

Oh well never a truer word; you never buy the first you see.

Arranged to see a 2.4 petrol tomorrow, hopefully that will be better.
