...some pictures of the recently levelled Yellow Peril,

TeraFlex 1.5" Budget Boost Leveling Kit , no need for shocks as with the previous red JK sport.

I think it looks OK, certainly drives alright.

Looks good Jim  :glasses:

Hmmmm ........may need to talk to you about that sometime and get some advice if you don't mind. Are you running it on standard tyres with or without spacers? Going to Devils Pit next weekend?

Sorry............. clearly not standard tyres  :icon_redface:

285/70r17 all terrain BFGs with 38mm spacers. Powder coated stock rims. (taken of my red sport cos I liked them)

Sadly not around next weekend (not really  :icon_cool:) I'll be away, celebrating our 1st anniversary  (paper, so lots of currency) particularly as Henlow is 15 mins from me, and devil's pit about the same. Be driving past it tomorrow on way to granddaughters 5th birthday party.

Yes, probably would Fen. Have just succumbed and ordered some 285/70 muds which should be fine without but seems a good value option if I need just a little bit extra clearance with the extra weight of the bumper on the front. Something to keep in mind should the need arise without going for a full springs & shocks lift.

Is this on the JK then??  What new bumper have you got fitted??

Ah ha, you didn't spot that then?  :icon_e_wink: Smittybuilt Atlas, fitted it back in May, seems a long time ago but I guess was after that last little lanes recce. pics are on here somewhere if you look back on my posts. You thinking of lifting yours a bit then?

Ooops, Sorry Jim  :hijacked:  :icon_e_biggrin:

Missed it completely, even the other morning.

Possibly looking to change the stance of mine, for minimal cost. So this could be the option. Just need the space to fit as a sloped drive is not the most opportune place to have 2 tonne of vehicle jacked up.

Can I ask where you sourced the rain guards, what brand are those and are they transparent?

Hi Hugo

The rain guards are AVS and are smoked finish. I picked them up on one of my many visits to family in the US from AutoZone in Asheville North Carolina don't know if available in the UK though.

Paul.

My rain guards, as before on the Red, are Rugged Ridge. Not transparent, matt or glossy. Morris 4x4 or OutbackAutos on eBay (uk dealer)
