3.7V6 - any good ?

The 3.7 is essentially  a 4.7 with 2 cylinders less , essentially the same block design , I ran a 3.7 KJ for a while and had no probs at all with the motor just keep it well maintained and regular oil changes , there is a U S website KJ Country very good and all things KJ lots of 3.7 motors there , may be worth a look through read some posts and see what problems they have.

I had one, got it with a missfire was going to break it,

however after a few hours of tinkering, the cause of the missfire was found, no3 exhaust valve rocker arm had fallen out  :icon_lol: :icon_e_confused:

 

the wife now has it  :icon_rolleyes: as the 2.8 relatively economical kj is noisey  :icon_rolleyes:

loved my kj, went quite well too and so much nicer sounding than the diesel.
