Blinding weekend.  Brilliant banter on the CB with everyone in group 1; first trip out with the club - it was well planned, well attended, well organised and a damn good laugh despite the damp British Bank Holiday weather.

 

The driving was top draw and the experience and professionalism demonstrated buy the JOC team was the business. 

 

We were some of the newbies of both group 1 and the weekend in general but were never made to feel it...warm, welcoming and patient attitudes from everyone.

 

A hearty thanks to all the team leads with a particular note of thanks to Bob for the effort put into route planning.

I have got to agree with Oddball the driving was great but Group 1, what a laugh, I think everyone came away feeling like seasoned pros on the CB. Great fun thanks guys. My only regret was not having time to catch up with some of the other guys in the other groups, but hey there is always next time.

Just put the OzTent up in the back garden to dry it out.  Over a litre of water drained out of it!

She did, pre cooked a curry and some chill. Throw in some naan bread and tortillas lasts for days when vacuum packed and doesn't take up much room.  Great to warm you up on cold nights.
