Howdy doody from Somerset.

New here but not new to the Jeep scene.

I have a rather modified Cherokee XJ TD 1999.

I recently sold my Grand Cherokee WJ Overland 4.7 HO. Damn I miss that V8.

Anyway, I bought the XJ six years ago and became a virgin Jeep owner.

No-one seemed to know anything so I had to find out and learn myself.

Safe to say but it has not stayed standard.

Right, firstly, can anyone tell me how to post pics on here?

Cheers

Darren.

I may have had a temporary halt to my forward progress. And my backwards retreat too. I had to resort to being winched out backwards by a "ahem" LR Defender.

The colour is satin army green. It's a vinyl wrap that I installed myself. Cheap and looks good from a distance. With a squint. And sunglasses. On a foggy day. :icon_lol:

:icon_lol: at least there's no photo evidence of that :icon_lol: I must pop in again at some point and say hi, the kjs in bits again atm, it would appear Iv completely ruined the viscous fan and pulley bracket at sailisbury so waiting for parts.

Dan,

I have converted mine from viscous fan to triple electric fans with a thermo switch in the top hose.

Works great.

Funny you should say that because I'm in the middle of converting to elec as it was £300 odd for all the viscous parts! Will see how it goes.
