They claim they can't get parts anymore or if they can they have to get them from Italy and charge crazy prices for the parts plus shipping. Don't bother with these people and please warn others! Best find a good independent and source the parts independently that will also supply original Jeep/Mopar parts and yes £130 labor is ridiculous, we don't own Bentley's. Platinum Member frosty Posted March 21, 2016 Platinum Member Share Posted March 21, 2016 it is disgusting, ask them how much the mechanic gets per hour, probably less than 10% of that, unfortunately it is partly down to many factors, all the managers "need" a company car, as customers, we ask for a customer car, the dealers have to have nice flashy dealerships, often in prime sites.
